Newborns are best captured between 5-14 days old to ensure they are still nice and flexible, and hopefully sleeping for at least part of your shoot so they are pose-able. I also love to capture each stage of babyhood 4-5 months old when they can hold their head up strongly, 7 months or so when they sit up nice and stable the perfect time to try a self feeding session,  9-10 months when they start to stand / crawl, and lets top it off at one year with a cake smash and birthday shoot!
